摘　　要：人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术深度参与知识生产活动,学术期刊需要对其使用情况进行充分且正确的披露和声明,以明确其使用的边界和责任。本文梳理国内外期刊及相关机构的AIGC使用政策,结合GB/T 7714—2015《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》和编辑出版工作实践,提出中文期刊使用人工智能(AI)工具及引用AIGC的建议,以规范AI技术在学术出版中的应用,促进学界以负责任的、透明的和可问责的方式使用AIGC。Artificial intelligence generated Content(AIGC)technologies are deeply involved in knowledge production activities,and academic periodicals need to make full and correct disclosures and declarations about their use to clarify the boundaries and responsibilities.This study reviews the AIGC usage policies of domestic and foreign periodicals and related institutions,combined with GB/T 7714-2015Information and Documentation-Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resourcesand the editing and publishing practice,puts forward suggestions for Chinese periodicals to use AI tools and cite AIGC,so as to standardize the application of AI technology in academic publishing,and to promote the responsible,transparent and accountable use of AIGC by the academic community.
