基于河图洛书探讨扶阳建中法辨治内伤杂病

摘　　要：河洛文化常被视为《易经》的起源,中医又素有“医易同源”一说,本文通过挖掘河图洛书的中医内涵,基于对“重阳气、建中土”思想的研究,结合内伤杂病病因病机探讨,提出针对阳气不足、脾胃失健之证当治以“扶阳建中法”,调中州而安五脏,扶肾阳而建脾土,振心阳并理胃土,为多种内伤杂病的治疗提供新思路。The He luo culture is often regarded as the origin of Yi Jing(the Book of Changes),Chinese medicine has always had the saying that“Chinese Medicine and Book of Changes sharing the same origin”.By exploring the TCM connotation of HeTu LuoShu,based on the study of the idea of“emphasizing Yang Qi and building the Middle Qi”,combined with the discussion of the etiology and pathogenesis of internal damage and miscellaneous disease,we proposed that the treatment for the evidence of Yang Qi deficiency and Spleen and Stomach failure should use“Fu Yang Jian Zhong Method”,which can regulating the Middle State and stabilizing the five organs,supporting Kidney Yang and building the Spleen and Earth,invigorating Heart Yang and regulating the Stomach and Earth,providing new ideas for the treatment of internal damage and miscellaneous disease.
