跨学科合作、政府支持与科研生产力——基于高校人工智能学术组织的实证分析

摘　　要：跨学科合作是科研生产力提升的动力之源,已有研究大多基于单一理论展开,未对“跨学科合作如何且在何种条件下能促进科研生产力的发展”予以合理解释。本文整合资源基础理论和社会认同理论的研究框架,以高校人工智能学术组织为例,考察了跨学科合作推动科研生产力提升的逻辑过程以及政府支持在其中发挥的作用。研究发现,跨学科合作中组织异质性和组织科研生产力呈正向关系,政府对跨学科合作的支持在两者关系中未发挥调节效应;组织与产业界联系、组织跨学科研究评价和组织科研生产力之间分别存在U型关系和倒U型关系,而政府对跨学科合作的支持均强化了这两种关系。研究结论对进一步厘清科研生产力来源具有突出的学术价值,同时对高校跨学科组织搭建与内部管理革新亦具有重要的实践意义。Interdisciplinary cooperation is the driving force for improving research productivity,but most of the existing study is based on a single theory without providing a reasonable explanation of how and under what conditions interdisciplinary cooperation can promote the development of research productivity.This paper integrates the research framework of resource-based theory and social identity theory,and takes academic organizations for artificial intelligence in universities as an example to examine the logical process by which interdisciplinary cooperation promotes research productivity,as well as the role of government assistance in this process.This study finds a positive relationship between organizational heterogeneity and research productivity in interdisciplinary cooperation,government assistance for interdisciplinary cooperation does not play a moderating role in the relationship between them.There are U-shaped and inverted U-shaped relationships between organizational linkages with industry,organizational interdisciplinary research evaluation and organizational research productivity,respectively,which are strengthened by government assistance for interdisciplinary cooperation.The research findings have outstanding academic value to further clarify the source of research productivity,and also have important practical significance for the establishment and internal management innovation of interdisciplinary organizations in universities.
