摘 要:本文采用高温固相法成功制备了MgAl2O4:Mn4+荧光粉,通过对激发光谱和发射光谱的研究,证实该样品能够被250~550 nm的紫外和蓝光有效激发,实现高亮度的600~800 nm的红光辐射。样品的发射峰位于652 nm,对应于Mn4+离子的2Eg→4A2g跃迁。同时利用变温光谱详细地分析了样品的热稳定性。文中也给出了样品的发光机理。最后将样品的下转换发射光谱与光敏色素Pr的吸收光谱进行对比,证明了MgAl2O4:Mn4+荧光粉在植物生长照明领域有应用潜力。In this paper,MgAl2O4:Mn4+phosphor was successfully prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.Through the study of excitation spectrum and emission spectrum,it was confirmed that the sample can be effectively excited by ultraviolet and blue light of 250-550 nm,and achieve high brightness 600-800 nm red radiation.The emission peak of the sample is located at 652 nm,corresponding to the 2 Eg→4 A2g transition of Mn4+ions.At the same time,the thermal stability of the samples was analyzed in detail by temperature-dependent spectroscopy.The luminescence mechanism of the sample is also given.Finally,the down-conversion emission spectrum of the sample is compared with the absorption spectrum of the photosensitive pigment Pr,which proves that the MgAl2O4:Mn4+phosphor has application potential in the field of plant growth lighting.
