摘  要:本文依托麦贺高速公路路堑临近民居爆破开挖控制难的实际问题,运用理论分析和现场测试的方法,对路堑深孔爆破控制技术开展深入研究。得到了如下的研究结论:针对该工程实际情况,提出了爆破振动及爆破飞石的安全控制标准,对于民居的爆破安全控制标准为2cm/s,爆破飞石的安全距离建议为300m;采用数码电子雷管逐孔起爆,对周边民居的影响较小;采取控制最大单段药量、优化爆破参数、优化起爆网络等措施可以控制爆破振动、爆破飞石等爆破不良效应对邻近民居、人员的安全的影响。该施工技术有效应对了岩溶区深孔爆破施工难题,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。Based on the practical problem of difficult blasting excavation control in the vicinity of residential buildings in the cutting of Mailing-Hezhou Expressway,this paper conducts in-depth research on the cutting deep hole blasting control technology using theoretical analysis and on-site testing methods.The following research conclusions have been obtained:Based on the actual situation of the project,safety control standards for blasting vibration and flying rocks have been proposed.For residential buildings,the safety control standard for blasting is 2cm/s,and the recommended safety distance for flying rocks is 300m;Using digital electronic detonators to detonate holes by holes has less impact on surrounding residential areas;Measures such as controlling the maximum single stage charge,optimizing blasting parameters,and optimizing the initiation network can control the impact of blasting vibration,flying rocks,and other adverse effects of blasting on the safety of adjacent dwellings and personnel.This construction technology effectively solves the difficult problem of deep hole blasting construction in karst areas,and has reference significance for similar projects.
