摘　　要：随着时代的进步,人们越来越关注建筑项目的信息化管理。在这篇文章中,我们将探讨如何通过计算机模拟技术优化项目管理的施工方案,并利用这些技术来预测可能存在的问题。通过这种方式,我们可以有效地控制和优化建筑项目的施工过程,并确保它的顺利完成。经过系统的分析和评估,我们发现,将建筑工程的管理信息化应用于实际施工中,可以带来巨大的效益和潜力。With the progress of the times,people are increasingly paying attention to the information management of construction projects.In this article,we will explore how to optimize the construction plan of project management through computer simulation technology and use these technologies to predict potential problems.Through this approach,we can effectively control and optimize the construction process of the building project and ensure its smooth completion.After systematic analysis and evaluation,we have found that applying the management informatization of construction projects to actual construction can bring huge benefits and potential.
