摘 要:近年来,随着我国建筑行业的快速发展和建设工程体量的日益增加,基坑监测行业竞争愈发激烈。面对复杂的竞争环境,如何在投标过程中制定科学可行的投标决策,并运用投标技巧提高投标成功率,成为企业在经营发展过程中越来越重视的工作内容之一。本文针对企业基坑安全监测项目投标工作,列出技术水平、经济实力、管理能力、投标目标等四个影响投标决策的主要因素进行分析,提出基于重要信息收集、投标文件编制和不平衡报价运用的基坑安全监测项目投标技巧。实践证明,该技巧可提升中标率,在基坑安全监测或其他类似项目的投标工作中有广泛应用前景。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry and the increasing volume of construction projects,the competition in the foundation pit monitoring industry has become increasingly fierce.Faced with a complex competitive environment,how to make scientific and feasible bidding decisions during the bidding process and use bidding techniques to improve the success rate of bidding has become one of the increasingly important tasks for enterprises in their business development process.This article analyzes the four main factors that affect bidding decisions for enterprise foundation pit safety monitoring projects,including technical level,economic strength,management ability,and bidding objectives.It proposes bidding techniques for foundation pit safety monitoring projects based on important information collection,bidding document preparation,and unbalanced quotation application.Practice has proven that this technique can improve the bid winning rate and has broad application prospects in the bidding work of foundation pit safety monitoring or other similar projects.
