摘　　要：近年来,随着经济社会的飞速发展,人民群众的物质生活需要得到了相当大程度的满足,人们对高质量的生活环境和身体健康的需求愈加迫切,同时经济发展和社会进步也带动了医疗建筑和医疗理念的提升,现代医疗建筑的建设成为当下关注的焦点。现代医疗建筑投资控制工作的成功与否将直接影响到建筑建设的成果和功能的发挥。基于此,本文通过对现阶段医疗建筑现状的分析,对现代医疗建筑投资控制中要点和相应对策进行探讨,以期为相关人员提供有价值的参考和借鉴。In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and society,the material needs of the people have been met to a considerable extent.People's demand for a high-quality living environment and physical health has become increasingly urgent.At the same time,economic development and social progress have also driven the improvement of medical buildings and medical concepts.The construction of modern medical buildings has become the focus of current attention.The success or failure of investment control in modern medical buildings will directly affect the achievements and functions of building construction.Based on this,this article analyzes the current situation of medical buildings and explores the key points and corresponding strategies for investment control in modern medical buildings,in order to provide valuable reference and reference for relevant personnel.
