摘　　要：防水施工是建筑工程建设的重要组成部分,防水施工质量的优劣不仅会对建筑工程的整体质量造成影响,而且与住户的生活息息相关。厨房与卫生间是住宅的重要组成部分,功能性极强,随着生活水平的提高人们对厨卫的实用性与舒适性提出了更高的要求。然而,厨房与卫生间也恰恰是漏水、渗水最严重的区域,如果做好防水问题并提升防水施工质量是业内人士十分关注的问题。本文就针对厨房卫生间防水措施与施工质量控制进行研究与分析。Waterproof construction is an important component of building engineering construction,and the quality of waterproof construction not only affects the overall quality of the building project,but also is closely related to the lives of residents.The kitchen and bathroom are important components of residential buildings with strong functionality.With the improvement of living standards,people have put forward higher requirements for the practicality and comfort of the kitchen and bathroom.However,the kitchen and bathroom are also precisely the areas with the most severe water leakage and seepage.If waterproofing issues are addressed and the quality of waterproofing construction is improved,it is a matter of great concern for industry insiders.This article conducts research and analysis on waterproofing measures and construction quality control for kitchen and bathroom.
