摘 要:喷雾降尘是煤矿井下运输除尘的主要技术手段,优化喷嘴结构可有效改善喷嘴雾化效果。采用CFD软件建立了雾化降尘喷嘴模型,分析了不同因素变化对雾化效果的影响。结果表明:相比直通型喷嘴和渐扩型喷嘴,渐缩型喷嘴向外喷射距离较远,覆盖的范围更广,优选渐缩型喷嘴;相比单喷嘴形成的流场,双喷嘴的整体喷射距离和覆盖区域面积均较小,雾化性能和降尘效果较差,优选单喷嘴形式;随着喷嘴外部开口直径的增加,喷嘴喷射距离和影响范围先变大后变小,当喷嘴外部开口直径为5 mm时,雾化性能和降尘效果最强;随着喷嘴长度的增加,喷嘴喷射覆盖区域先扩大后缩小,喷嘴长度为4 mm时喷嘴喷射区域最广,雾化性能最强。Spray dust reduction is the main technical means of dust removal for underground transportation in coal mines,and the nozzle structure optimization can effectively improve the atomization effect of the nozzle.CFD software was used to establish the atomization nozzle model,and the influence of different factor changes on the atomization effect was analyzed.The results showed that compared with the straight-through nozzle and the gradually expanding nozzle,the tapered nozzle had a longer outward spraying distance and covered a wider range,so the tapered nozzle was preferred.Compared with the flow field formed by the single nozzle,the overall spraying distance and coverage area by the double nozzle were smaller,with poorer atomization performance and dust reduction effect,so the single nozzle form was preferred.With the increase of the nozzle outer opening diameter,the nozzle spraying distance and influence range first became larger and then smaller.When the nozzle outer opening diameter was 5 mm,the atomization performance and dust reduction effect was the strongest.With the increase of the nozzle length,the nozzle spray coverage area first expanded and then narrowed.When the nozzle length was4 mm,the nozzle spray area was the widest,and the atomization performance was strongest.
