摘　　要：我国的地震灾害为全球之首,既有的工业建筑建造于不同的年代,一些老旧的工业厂房已接近设计使用年限,甚至超过设计使用年限,老旧的厂房基本都采用装配式结构,装配式结构的整体性和连接的可靠性是影响其抗震性能的重要因素。由于单层钢筋混凝土柱厂房震害特征、影响抗震性能的重要因素不同且有各自的特点,因而本次以单层钢筋混凝土柱厂房为例进行检测及抗震鉴定,针对性的提出抗震加固建议,保证建筑在后续工作年限内的正常使用,给同类工程的检测、鉴定与加固一些参考。The earthquake disaster in China is the first in the world.The existing industrial buildings were built in different years.Some old industrial plants are close to the design service life,or even beyond the design service life.The old plants are basically fabricated structures.The integrity of fabricated structures and the reliability of connections are important factors affecting their seismic performance.Due to the different seismic damage characteristics and important factors affecting seismic performance of single-story reinforced concrete column factories,this study takes single-story reinforced concrete column factories as an example for testing and seismic evaluation.Targeted seismic reinforcement suggestions are proposed to ensure the normal use of the building in the subsequent working years,providing some reference for the testing,evaluation,and reinforcement of similar projects.
