摘　　要：本文主要是对目前汽车行业的塑料件的生产过程所产生的各种外观问题进行调查分析,由于汽车行业客户对产品的要求在逐年不断提高,为了满足客户的需求,提高客户的满意度,本文着重对汽车保险杠的外观凸痕问题进行调查分析,自材料粒子到整车的形成的各种风险工序均进行调查梳理,最后通过对产品模具结构的分析以及产品结构的分析以及生产过程模具的作动方式进行调查分析,从而确认后续的优化方向以及产品优化后的产品验证,从而从根本上解决产品的外观缺陷,从而满足客户的需求,提高客户满意度。This paper is mainly to investigate and analyze the various appearance problems caused by the production process of plastic parts in the current automobile industry,As the product requirements of customers in the automobile industry are constantly increasing year by year,To meet the needs of our customers,Improve customer satisfaction,This paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the appearance of the bumper,Various risk processes from the formation of material particles to the vehicle are investigated and combed,Finally,through the analysis of the product mold structure and the structure of the product and the action mode of the production process,To confirm the subsequent optimization direction and the product verification after product optimization,So as to fundamentally solve the appearance defects of the product,To meet the needs of our customers,Improve customer satisfaction.
