摘  要:轴瓦是发动机关键零部件之一,轴瓦的正确选择与装配对于发动机装配质量和性能有重要影响,因此轴瓦的选配是发动机装配过程中的关键工艺。文章针对某种型号直列四缸发动机装配生产的需求,研究了轴瓦的选型方法和装配装置,并设计了闭环检测系统,通过条码扫描技术、无线射频识别(RFID)技术和传感器技术实现了选型、装配工艺过程的数据传输与绑定,从而实现了轴瓦选配的数字化和防呆防错,并最终成功将该选配系统应用在某客户的发动机自动化装配线项目中。Bearing bush is one of the key parts of the engine.The correct selection and assembly of the bearing bush has an important impact on the quality and performance of the engine assembly.Therefore,the selection of the bearing bush is a key process in the engine assembly process.Aiming at the requirements of the assembly and production of a certain type of four-cylinder engine,this paper studies the selection method and assembly device of the bearing bush,and designs a closed-loop detection system.The data transmission and binding of the model and assembly process have realized the digitization and fool-proof of bearing bush matching via barcode scanning technology,radio frequency identification device(RFID)technology and sensor technology,and finally successfully applied the matching system to a customer's engine automatic assembly line project.
