低温环境下沥青混合料面层摊铺技术

摘　　要：针对北方城市季节特征,研究了低温环境下沥青混合料面层的摊铺施工技术,并结合北京市中央商务区(CBD)区域交通综合治理工程,基于环境气温特征、沥青混合料材料特性等,对低温环境下路面施工各环节进行了探究,提出了低温环境下路面施工技术和组织方案,内容包括:人员组织、材料准备、机械施工、检查井加固、路缘石质量控制、环境保护措施、温度监测和验收保障工作。通过对施工过程中材料温度监测、施工完成后路面各项指标检测,验证了该方案的有效性。温度监测结果表明,该方案有效控制了施工过程中沥青混合料的进场温度、摊铺温度和压实温度,即使是在环境温度显著下降的情况下也保障了施工温度;验收检测结果表明,该方案有效保障了低温环境下路面的施工质量。该施工技术和组织方案适用于低温环境下的路面施工,可以有效保障路面施工的质量和效率。According to the seasonal characteristics of northern cities in China,the pavement construction technology of asphalt mixture surface layer was studied under low temperature environment.Combined with the comprehensive traffic control project of Beijing Central Business District(CBD),based on the characteristics of ambient temperature and asphalt mixture materials,the various links of pavement construction were explored to propose the pavement construction technology and organization scheme,including personnel organization,material preparation,mechan-ical construction,inspection well reinforcement,kerb quality control,environmental protection measures,temper-ature monitoring and acceptance guarantee.Through monitoring the temperature of materials and the various indica-tors of the pavement after the construction,the effectiveness of the scheme was verified.The temperature monitoring results show that the scheme effectively controls the temperature of asphalt mixture during the construction,paving and compaction.Even in the case of significant drop of ambient temperature,the construction temperature is guar-anteed;The acceptance test results show that the scheme effectively guarantees the construction quality.The con-struction technology and organization scheme is suitable for the pavement construction under low temperature envi-ronment which effectively guarantee the quality and efficiency of the pavement construction.
