摘 要:站城一体化工程是城市交通枢纽与城市空间的一体化融合,其打造了紧密联系市民日常生活的高效而富有活力的城市空间,但在实现资源聚合的同时也加剧了风险集中出现的频率与等级,全球气候变化和极端天气的多发,导致了内涝灾害的频发,对于站城一体化空间以及轨道交通设施安全运营造成了较大威胁和影响。因此,通过对内涝风险的分析,总结了站城一体化构成的风险特征,从宏观、中观、微观3个层次提出了内涝防治的工程技术措施,同时借助建立内涝预警和监控系统的智慧化手段,提高了站城一体化工程内涝防控的安全水平。The integrated station-city project is the integration of urban transportation hubs and urban space,creat-ing an efficient and dynamic urban space that closely connects with the daily lives of citizens.However,it has achieved resource aggregation as well as intensifies the frequency and level of concentration risk,which cause fre-quent global climate change and extreme weather,and frequent occurrence of waterlogging disasters,significant threat and influence the integrated space between stations and cities,as well as the safe operation of rail transit fa-cilities.Therefore,the risk characteristics of integrated station-city were summarized by the risk analysis of water-logging.The engineering technical measures for waterlogging prevention and control were proposed from three levels of macro,meso,and micro-levels.At the same time,the safety level of waterlogging prevention and control of inte-grated station-city projects were improved by the intelligent means of establishing waterlogging warning and moni-toring systems.
