观众视角下学术展览的评估研究——以“玉韫·九州:中国早期文明间的碰撞与聚合”展为例

摘　　要：展览是博物馆的核心,是博物馆最具代表性的名片。长期以来,展览的设计与评估基本是由相关行业的专家完成的,观众介入展览的渠道并不畅通。因此,本文从观众视角出发,选取“玉韫·九州:中国早期文明间的碰撞与聚合”展览为例进行研究,尝试从展览内容、展览形式和展览相关配套内容三个方面构建出展览总结评估的指标体系,依据AHP层次分析法确立各指标权重,由观众的评分结合权重得出总结评估的结果为4.42(满分为5),反映出观众对展览表现出较高程度的支持和认可。观众参与下的展览评估将为博物馆发展提供更加多元化的助力。Exhibitions are the core of museums and are their most representative business card.Design and evaluation of exhibitions have long been conducted by experts in relevant fields,with limited avenues for audience participation.Therefore,this paper adopts a viewer-centric approach,selecting the exhibition Yuyun Jiuzhou(Curating Jade and the Nine States):Collision and Integration of Early Civilizations in China as a case study.The research team attempts to construct an evaluation framework for the exhibition from three aspects:exhibition content,exhibition format,and related supporting materials.Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method,the team establishes the weightings of each indicator based on audience feedback.The exhibition achieved an overall evaluation score of 4.42 out of 5.This score reflects a high degree of support and recognition from the audience towards the exhibition.Exhibition evaluation with audience involvement will undoubtfully contribute to the diversification of museum development.
