补偿性训练对青少年网球运动员肩部力量和活动度的影响

摘  要:为减少青少年网球运动员的肩部不平衡和损伤风险,分析了代偿性训练对肩部力量以及内旋(IR)和外旋(ER)活动度(ROM)的影响。初步评估后,26名球员被分成飞轮训练组(FTG)和对照组(CG)。通过12周(每周3次)的干预训练前后测量,结果显示,与CG相比,干预后FTG惯用侧的IR和ER以及非惯用侧的IR发生了显著变化。在ROM值方面,相比CG,FTG在惯用侧和非惯用侧的IR ROM和总ROM有所增加,在非惯用侧的ER ROM增加得更多。代偿性训练有效地增加了FTG组球员的ER强度和IR灵活性,改善了ER-IR肌肉平衡,从而减少了肩部不平衡和损伤风险。In order to reduce the risk of shoulder imbalance and injury in junior tennis players,this study analyzed the effects of compensatory training on shoulder strength and internal rotation(IR)and external rotation(ER)range of motion(ROM).After the initial assessment,26 players were divided into a flywheel training group(FTG)and a control group(CG).Measured before and after 12 weeks of intervention training(3 times per week),the results showed significant changes in IR and ER on the dominant side and IR on the non-dominant side of FTG after intervention compared with CG.In terms of ROM value,compared with CG,FTG showed an increase in IR ROM and total ROM on the dominant and non-dominant side,and showed a greater increase in ER ROM on the non-dominant side.The compensatory training proposed in this study effectively increased the ER strength and IR flexibility of FTG players and improved ER-IR muscle balance,thereby reducing shoulder imbalance and injury.
