摘　　要：随着现代建筑行业对高效、可持续和快速建造的需求不断增加,钢结构装配式建筑作为一种创新的建筑技术逐渐受到关注。本论文旨在探讨钢结构装配式建筑的技术难点,并通过案例分析提供经验和启示。首先介绍了钢结构装配式建筑的背景和意义,包括其定义、特点以及在可持续发展中的作用。接着,回顾了国内钢结构装配式建筑的发展情况,分析了其优势和应用领域。然后详细讨论了钢结构装配式建筑中的结构设计安全性和稳定性要求,以及荷载类型和计算方法。针对连接方式的选择与应用,重点介绍了螺栓连接和焊接连接的特点和适用场景。此外,还讨论了BIM技术在钢结构装配式建筑中的应用,包括钢结构深化设计和管线碰撞检测等方面。最后,以一个具体项目为例,分析了围护墙和内隔墙的设计和施工方法,以及标准化的装配式设计的实践经验。通过本论文的研究,可以深入了解钢结构装配式建筑的技术难点,为今后的设计和施工提供指导和借鉴。With the increasing demand for efficient,sustainable,and rapid construction in the modern construction industry,steel prefabricated buildings,as an innovative building technology,are gradually receiving attention.This paper aims to explore the technical difficulties of steel structure prefabricated buildings and provide experience and inspiration through case analysis.Firstly,the background and significance of steel structure prefabricated buildings were introduced,including their definition,characteristics,and role in sustainable development.Subsequently,the development of prefabricated steel structures in China was reviewed,and their advantages and application fields were analyzed.Then,the structural design safety and stability requirements,as well as load types and calculation methods,in prefabricated steel structures were discussed in detail.Regarding the selection and application of connection methods,the characteristics and applicable scenarios of bolted and welded connections were mainly introduced.In addition,the application of BlM technology in prefabricated steel structures was also discussed,including in-depth design of steel structures and pipeline collision detection.Finally,taking a specific project as an example,the design and construction methods of retaining walls and internal partitions,as well as the practical experience of standardized prefabricated design,were analyzed.Through the research of this paper,it is possible to gain a deeper understanding of the technical difficulties of steel structure prefabricated buildings,providing guidance and reference for future design and construction.
