摘　　要：现阶段在一个工程建设中,进行成本控制十分重要,对成本进行合理控制,是使设计和施工企业获得最大收益的主要方法之一。在项目成本管理中,初步设计概算的好坏将会对项目成本管理起到至关重要的作用。因此,为了可以为工程设计和施工单位提供有效的数据保障,对提高初步设计概算质量进行深入探讨就变得十分重要。本文先简要阐述初步设计概算的主要内容,并提出当前主流的工程造价所含义,随后在此基础上,提出初步设计概算的主要流程为确定工程概况、逐步编制设计方案,最后借助初步设计概算分析如何有效控制工程造价,希望能够给相关人员带来一些帮助。At present,cost control is very important in engineering construction.Reasonable cost control is one of the main methods to maximize profits for design and construction enterprises.In project cost management,the quality of the preliminary design estimate will play a crucial role in project cost management.Therefore,in order to provide effective data protection for engineering design and construction units,it is crucial to conduct in-depth discussions on improving the quality of preliminary design estimates.This article first briefly explains the main content of the preliminary design estimate and proposes the meaning of the current mainstream engineering cost.Then,based on this,the main process of the preliminary design estimate is to determine the project overview,gradually prepare the design plan,and finally use the preliminary design estimate to analyze how to effectively control the engineering cost.lt is hoped that this can bring some help to relevantpersonnel.
