摘　　要：在新环境下城市人口增加、产业发展、人们生活水平提高,对建筑工程的规模和性质、功能、质量相关要求不断提高,为了满足人们的需求建筑行业加强了实践探索,形成了丰富的经验、先进的技术和方法,也促使施工管理模式成熟、施工环境完善。但是因为建筑工程的过程动态性、时间周期性、技术复杂性,导致施工中会存在许多不可预测和控制的风险问题,影响施工现场的安全和稳定。为了顺利完成施工活动、保证进度和工期,达到预期目标,需要单位加强施工现场的安全管理和检查,树立安全文明施工理念,制定措施和方法,将安全文明施工融入到施工的全过程中,提高安全管理水平。且在施工中还需要明确管理要点,从细节入手,完善制度,提高管理水平,有效解决管理问题,对此本文主要浅谈建筑工程现场安全文明施工管理要点,旨在为建筑工程施工提供指导。In the new environment,with the increase of urban population,industrial development,and improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for the scale,nature,function,and quality of construction projects are constantly increasing.In order to meet people's needs,the construction industry has strengthened practical exploration,formed rich experience,advanced technology,and methods,and also promoted the maturity of construction management models and the improvement of construction environments.However,due to the dynamic nature,time periodicity,and technical complexity of construction projects,there are many unpredictable and controllable risk issues that affect the safety and stability of the construction site.In order to successfully complete construction activities,ensure progress and duration,and achieve expected goals,it is necessary for the unit to strengthen safety management and inspection on the construction site,establish the concept of safe and civilized construction,develop measures and methods,integrate safe and civilized construction into the entire construction process,and improve the level of safety management.And in the construction process,it is also necessary to clarify the management points,start from details,improve the system,improve the management level,and effectively solve management problems.This article mainly discusses the key points of safety and civilized construction management on construction sites,aiming to provide guidance for construction projects.
