摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展,不动产登记在国家和地方政府的重视下,日益成为确保不动产权益有效保护和社会稳定的重要手段。然而,不动产登记涉及众多不同部门、机构和系统的信息资源存在着异构性的问题,限制了信息的共享和数据的协同利用。因此,面向不动产登记的异构信息资源整合策略成为当前函待解决的问题。本文通过研究现有的整合策略和技术,提出了一种有效的整合策略,旨在实现异构信息资源的高效整合与共享,提升不动产登记的信息管理和服务水平。With the development of the economy and society,real estate registration has increasingly become an important means to ensure effective protection of real estate rights and social stability under the attention of national and local governments.However,real estate registration involves the heterogeneity of information resources from various departments,institutions,and systems,which limits the sharing of information and the collaborative utilization of data.Therefore,the integration strategy of heterogeneous information resources for real estate registration has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article proposes an effective integration strategy by studying existing integration strategies and technologies,aiming to achieve efficient integration and sharing of heterogeneous information resources,and improve the information management and service level of real estate registration.
