摘　　要：本研究针对近年来兴起的“韧性”研究热潮,采用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑比较等方法,对“韧性”相关的理论研究进行了比较全面系统的梳理。研究发现,与韧性相关的主要理论有意志品质、心理弹性、人格坚韧性和心理坚韧性,它们发轫于不同历史时期,起源于不同的社会现象,既有区别又有联系,在基本含义上是一脉相承的,都是描述人们在面对压力、挑战或困难等威胁时表现出来的不屈不挠的心理过程、特征或现象。韧性相关理论有着共同的价值导向———倡导积极心理,传递正能量。In view of the upsurge of“resilience”research in recent years,this study comprehensively and systematically organizes the theoretical research related to“resilience”by using the methods of literature research,expert interviews and logical comparison.It is found that the main theories related to resilience include will quality,psychological elasticity,personality toughness and psychological resilience.They originated from different historical periods and different social phenomena.They are both different and related,and they are in the same strain in basic meaning.They all describe people's indomitable psychological processes,characteristics or phenomena when facing threats such as pressure,challenges or difficulties.The related theories of resilience have a common value orientation,i.e.,advocating positive psychology and transmitting positive energy.
