摘　　要：大型邮轮建造项目建设中,成本管控风险是各项风险管理中的重中之重,邮轮成本的准确估算是成本管控的前提条件。为科学估算邮轮建造成本,文章构建了大型邮轮多维矩阵WBS的成本估算模型,研究其成本控制动态调整机制。In the construction of large-scale cruise ship projects,cost control risk is of utmost importance in various risk management,and accurate estimation of cruise ship costs is a prerequisite for cost control.To scientifically estimate the construction cost of cruise ships,article constructs a cost estimation model for large-scale cruise ship multi-dimensional matrix WBS and studies its dynamic cost control adjustment mechanism.
