摘 要:本文以京昆高速广元至绵阳段扩容工程LJ2合同段内兰渝铁路跨线桥为研究对象,深入分析连续刚构边跨现浇段采用挂篮系统的施工技术。主要探讨挂篮设计、施工流程、关键技术控制点。通过理论分析和现场实践相结合的方法,得出了挂篮系统在连续刚构边跨现浇段施工中的优化方案和相关技术参数。研究结果表明,挂篮系统在连续刚构边跨现浇段施工中具有显著的优势,能够提高施工效率,降低安全风险,为类似工程提供了一定的参考和借鉴。This article takes the LJ2 contract section of the expansion project of the Guangyuan to Mianyang section of the Beijing Kunming Expressway as the research object,and deeply analyzes the construction technology of the continuous rigid frame side span cast-in-place section using a hanging basket system.It mainly explores the design of hanging baskets,construction processes,and key technical control points.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and on-site practice,an optimization plan and related technical parameters for the hanging basket system in the construction of continuous rigid frame side span cast-in-place sections have been obtained.The research results indicate that the hanging basket system has significant advantages in the construction of continuous rigid frame side span cast-in-place sections,which can improve construction efficiency,reduce safety risks,and provide certain reference for similar projects.
