摘  要:本文深度挖掘价值工程的七个逻辑步骤,选定宁夏金凤煤矿大采高工作面采空区自燃问题作为改进对象,通过收集和分析煤矿作业环境、工作面特点及煤层自燃机理等情报资料,进行了详细的功能分析,确定了煤炭自燃风险的核心影响因素。并由此提出了采空区注浆技术作为改进方案,通过数值模拟验证并评价了改进活动的价值成果,本研究不仅解决了采空区自燃问题,进一步展示了价值工程方法在煤矿采空区自燃问题防治中的应用领域的重要价值。This article delves into the seven logical steps of value engineering and selects the spontaneous combustion problem in the goaf of the large mining height working face of Jinfeng Coal Mine in Ningxia as the improvement object.By collecting and analyzing information on the coal mine operating environment,working face characteristics,and coal seam spontaneous combustion mechanism,a detailed functional analysis is conducted to determine the core influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion risk.And thus,the grouting technology in goaf was proposed as an improvement plan.The value of the improvement activity was verified and evaluated through numerical simulation.This study not only solved the problem of spontaneous combustion in goaf,but also further demonstrated the important value of value engineering methods in the field of prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in coal mine goaf.
