摘 要:本文以沈阳某地铁暗挖出入口通道下穿市政道路及重要市政管线为工程背景,采用MIDAS GTS NX对出入口暗挖通道施工过程进行模拟,并对其引起的地表沉降、管线沉降进行数值分析;同时探究深孔注浆加固对地表沉降及管线沉降的影响规律,为后续同类项目施工、设计,提供一定的参考作用。文中通过对模拟结果分析可以发现,当对通道上方土体进行深孔注浆加固后,地表沉降、管线沉降均出现大幅减少,最大沉降值降低幅度超过70%。同时,通道上方土体在进行深孔注浆加固后土体刚度增加,使上方管线的挠度变形大幅减小,从而有效地降低市政路面开裂及管线渗漏的风险。This article takes the underground excavation of a subway entrance and exit passage in Shenyang as the engineering background,and uses MIDAS GTS NX to simulate the construction process of the underground excavation passage at the entrance and exit,and conducts numerical analysis on the surface settlement and pipeline settlement caused by it.Simultaneously the impact of deep hole grouting reinforcement on surface settlement and pipeline settlement is explored,providing a certain reference for the construction and design of similar projects in the future.Through the analysis of simulation results in the article,it can be found that after deep hole grouting reinforcement is applied to the soil above the channel,both surface settlement and pipeline settlement are significantly reduced,with the maximum settlement value decreasing by more than 70%.At the same time,the stiffness of the soil above the channel increases after deep hole grouting reinforcement,greatly reducing the deflection deformation of the upper pipeline,thereby effectively reducing the risk of municipal road cracking and pipeline leakage.
