摘  要:为了改进现阶段煤矿巷道单轨吊梁安装维护及井下管线敷设维护的方式,减少维护过程中的安全隐患,以兴隆庄煤矿为例,通过分析该煤矿井下巷道单轨吊梁的安装概况和安装特点,研制出一种多功能作业车设备。该设备可以有效减少维护作业人员的数量,保障作业人员的安全,高效地进行维护作业;对该设备的主要结构进行了有限元分析,得到的结果符合实际工程情况。研究为类似条件的巷道维护作业的设备开发提供了理论依据和技术支持,对煤矿实际生产作业具有重大的意义。In order to improve the current installation and maintenance methods of roadway monorail hanging beam and the laying and maintenance of underground pipelines,and reduce the safety risks in the maintenance process,taking Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine as an example,by analyzing the installation general situation and installation characteristics of underground roadway monorail hanging beam,a multifunctional operation vehicle equipment was developed.The equipment can effectively reduce the number of maintenance personnel,ensure the safety of operators,and efficiently carry out maintenance operations.The finite element analysis of the main structure of the equipment was carried out,and the results were consistent with the actual engineering conditions.The research provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the equipment development of roadway maintenance operations under similar conditions,and has great significance for the actual production of coal mine.
