摘　　要：综采工作面设备安装是一项必要的生产环节,设备安装方法是否合理对顺利完成煤矿生产任务具有重要意义,可以有效地提高综采工作面设备的安装效率和质量。由于综采工作面环境复杂,设备较多,调试空间有限,各系统之间的接续复杂。针对这些问题,通过制定合理的工作面设备安装方法,既提高了设备的实际利用率,又降低了设备损耗,保证了人员安全,实际生产效益显著提升。The equipment installation of fully-mechanized mining face is a necessary production link.Whether the equipment installation method is reasonable is of great significance to the smooth completion of the coal mine production task,and can effectively improve the installation efficiency and quality of the equipment in fully-mechanized mining face.Due to the complex environment of the fully-mechanized mining face,the large number of equipments,the limited debugging space,and the complex connection between the various systems,in view of these problems,the establishment of a reasonable working face equipment installation method not only improves the actual utilization rate of the equipment,but also reduces the equipment consumption,ensures personnel safety,and significantly improves the actual production efficiency.
