摘 要:由于以前小煤矿的粗放式开采,遗留的老巷及老采空区可能存在于煤层附近不同的层位,会严重影响、破坏其下部的煤层顶板完整性。老窑开采的过程中会破坏到下方新掘巷道的煤层顶板,从而造成下部煤层顶板的裂隙和节理更加的发育,进而不易控制顶板,在掘进巷道的过程中会发生漏顶的事故,甚至会有大面积冒顶事故发生,以致维护巷道顶板会有很大的难度,给煤矿安全生产带来了许多安全隐患。根据老空巷对巷道稳定性的影响优化新掘巷道层位,针对不同的空巷及空区位置,以FLAC有限差分法为基础,对巷道支护进行数值模拟分析,采取了相应的巷道支护方案,确保矿井一采区煤炭资源的安全、高效掘进作业,切实解决某矿一采区掘进巷道支护稳定问题。Due to the previous rough mining of small coal mines,the old roadways and old goafs left behind may exist in different layers near the coal seams,which can seriously affect and destroy the integrity of the roof of its lower coal seams.During the mining process of old kiln,it will destroy the the coal seam roof below the newly dug roadway,thus causing the fissures and joints of the roof of the lower coal seam to be more developed,which will not be easy to control the roof,and accidents of roof leakage will occur in the process of the excavation of roadways,and even large roofing accidents will occur,which will make it very difficult to maintain the roof of the roadway and bring many safety hazards to the coal mine safety production.According to the influence of the old empty roadway on the stability of the roadway to optimize the new driving roadway layer,in view of different empty roadways and empty areas,based on FLAC finite difference method,numerical simulation analysis of roadway support was analyzed,the corresponding roadway supporting program was adopted to ensure the safe and efficient driving of coal resources in the first mining area of the mine,effectively solving the stability problem of roadway supporting in a certain mining area.
