摘  要:针对张双楼煤矿13902工作面巷道起伏大,底板隆起程度高,巷道曲折,运输距离远的情况。从设备操作、运输工艺应用效果3方面对单轨吊辅助运输系统的应用展开研究。结果表明,采用单轨吊运输后,各巷道可形成整套单轨吊网络系统,能够完成运输量较大的运输任务,实现了减人提效和无轨运输,减少了支架运输事故,节省了运输资源,降低了安全风险,为其他矿井应用单轨吊运输系统提供了借鉴和参考。In response to the situation of large undulations in the No.13902 working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,high degree of floor uplift,winding roadways,and long transportation distances,in this paper,the application of monorail crane auxiliary transportation system was studied from three aspects of equipment operation and transportation technology application effect.The results show that a complete set of monorail crane network system can be formed in each roadway,which can complete the transportation task with large transportation volume,realize the reduction of manpower and improvement of efficiency,realize trackless transportation,and reduce the support transportation accidents,the utility model saves transportation resources and reduces safety risk,and provides reference and reference for applying monorail crane transportation system in other mines.
