摘  要:传统煤矿井下无极绳绞车运输中,司机不能准确掌握车辆运行前方巷道情况,调度人员无法实时查看井下车辆位置和分布,运输作业中存在一定的安全隐患。鉴于此,介绍了无极绳绞车运输一体化协同管控系统,系统以煤矿骨干环网和沿途融合基站作为数据传输通道,实现了车载视频监视、绞车运行状态采集和传输、车辆及轨道设备(道岔、挡车栏、阻车器)调度管理、语音调度通信等主要功能。提高了无极绳绞车运输的安全和效率,实现了绞车运输的一体化协同管控。In the transportation of the traditional coal mine underground endless rope winch,the driver cannot accurately grasp the roadway situation in front of the vehicle operation,and the dispatcher cannot view the location and distribution of the underground vehicle in real time,so there are certain safety hazards in the transportation operation.In view of this,this paper introduced the integrated collaborative management and control system of endless rope winch transportation,the system uses the backbone ring network of coal mines and integrated base stations along the way as data transmission channels,achieving main functions such as vehicle video surveillance,winch operation status collection and transmission,vehicle and track equipment(turnouts,car barriers,car arresters)scheduling management,voice scheduling communication,etc.It improves the safety and efficiency of endless rope winch transportation,and realizes the integrated and collaborative control of it.
