双核铑催化异丙基苯和β-二羰基化合物的去饱和化[3+2]环加成反应

摘　　要：二氢呋喃是构成天然产物和活性分子的重要结构骨架,目前还未见通过惰性烷烃和β-二羰基化合物参与的环化反应构建这类化合物的报道。本文以异丙基苯衍生物和β-二羰基化合物为原料,NaHCO_(3)作为碱,在Rh_(2)(esp)_(2)和N-氟代双苯磺酰胺(NFSI)催化体系下,通过去饱和化过程以及[3+2]环化过程合成了12个二氢呋喃化合物3aa~3fb,收率最高达50%。所有产物结构由~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR, HR-MS(ESI)确证。Dihydrofuran was an important structural skeleton of natural products and active molecules, and there was no report on the construction of such compounds through the cyclization reaction of inert alkanes and β -dicarbonyl compounds. In this study, we reported that dirhodium/NFSI can catalyze the reaction of inert cumene and β -dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of NaHCO_(3) by desaturation process and [3+2] cycloaddition to obtain twelve dihydrofuran compounds 3aa ~ 3fb . The yield up to 50%. The structure of all products were confirmed by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, HR-MS(ESI) spectroscopic techniques.
