摘 要:改革开放以来,随着我国社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们物质生活得到了极大改善.市场购买力不断增强,体现内需潜力的扩张和内需市场的扩大,人们对于住房的需求日渐强烈,买房的狂热现象促使房地产行业达到了巅峰时代.在正式公布《不动产登记暂行条例实施细则》后,我国房地产市场运行结构出现了细微变化,再次对房地产行业持续快速稳定发展起到了促进作用.本文主要探究了不动产登记对房地产经济管理产生的影响,并提出了不动产登记制度的完善对策,希望能够进一步推动不动产登记条例的贯彻落实.Since the reform and opening up,with the development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's material lives have been greatly improved.The increasing purchasing power of the market reflects the expansion of domestic demand potential and the expansion of the domestic demand market.People's demand for housing is becoming increasingly strong,and the frenzy of buying houses has driven the real estate industry to reach its peak.After the official announcement of the Implementation Rules for the Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration,there have been slight changes in the operational structure of China's real estate market,which once again played a promoting role in the sustained,rapid and stable development of the real estate industry.This article mainly explores the impact of real estate registration on real estate economic management,and proposes improvement measures for the real estate registration system,hoping to further promote the implementation of the real estate registration regulations.
