摘　　要：低碳经济是我国各个领域的重要发展理念,有必要对这方面进行深入研究.本文将建筑与房地产经济作为研究对象,简单分析其管理重要性,再分析现状与不足,最后从完善法律法规、提升监管力度、财政补贴政策、专业人才建设、公共信息平台等维度,提供低碳模式下建筑与房地产经济管理的创新,旨在为更多建筑与房地产相关单位提供思考方向,提升建筑与房地产经济管理综合水平,保障我国各个领域的可持续发展.The low-carbon economy is an important development concept in various fields in China,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research in this area.This article takes the construction and real estate economy as the research object,briefly analyzes its management importance,and then analyzes the current situation and shortcomings.Finally,from the dimensions of improving laws and regulations,enhancing regulatory efforts,financial subsidy policies,professional talent construction,public information platforms,etc.,it provides innovation in the management of the construction and real estate economy under a low-carbon model,aiming to provide thinking direction for more construction and real estate related units,lmprove the comprehensive level of construction and real estate economic management to ensure the sustainable developmentof various fields in China.
