摘　　要：研究“00后”大学生就业观教育,既有利于国家和社会稳定、蓬勃发展,又符合大学生个人成长需要。将二十大精神融入高校就业观教育是学习贯彻二十大精神的重要举措,更是高校发挥职能、为社会培养更多优秀人才的重要方式。文章从党的二十大精神融入高校学生就业观教育的必要性、现状、路径三个部分展开探析,为高校开展就业观教育提供数据及理论支持,以期在实践中实现大学生合理就业观的塑造,助力大学生高质量就业。Studying the education of employment views among post-2000 college students is not only beneficial for the stability and vigorous development of the country and society,but also in line with the personal growth needs of college students.Integrating the spirit of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China into the education of employment outlook in universities is an important measure to learn and implement the spirit of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and it is also an important way for universities to play their functions and cultivate more outstanding talents for society.The article explores the necessity,current situation,and path of integrating the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into the education of employment views for college students.It provides data and theoretical support for the education of employment views in universities,aiming to shape a reasonable employment view for college students in practice and help them find high-quality employment.
