摘  要:“双师+”体验式课程思政教学模式深入贯彻落实习近平法治思想,围绕德法兼修的法治人才培养目标,一体构建“双师+课前慕课”“双师+课堂教学”“双师+课后实践”体验式课程思政教学模式,具体设计了名家微课、实务精英线上讲座、旁听庭审、模拟宣誓、课堂辩论、实务专家面对面、项目社会调研、志愿服务等8个体验模块,在每个模块运行后进行总结反思,考查学生“三种精神”的养成,有效实现协同育人实践育人,打造法治人才培养共同体。The"double teacher+"experiential curriculum ideological and political teaching model deeply implements the rule of Xi Jinping law ideology,and around the goal of cultivating legal talents with both morality and law,a"double teacher+pre class MOOC","double teacher+classroom teaching",and"double teacher+post class practice"experiential course ideological and political teaching model is constructed.Specifically,eight experiential modules are designed,including famous micro courses,online lectures by practical elites,attending court hearings,simulated oaths,classroom debates,face-to-face meetings with practical experts,project social research,and volunteer services.After each module is operated,a summary and reflection are carried out to examine the development of students'"three spirits",effectively achieving collaborative education and practical education,and building a community for cultivating legal talents.
