摘　　要：安徽抗日民主根据地在党风廉政建设实践中通过加强思想教育,筑牢思想防线;健全完善财经制度和强化制度保障;加强监督,构建长效机制;厉行节约,精兵简政,奠定廉洁政治的物质基础;从严治吏,狠抓“关键少数”等有效措施取得了长效的实践效果,为新时代党风廉政建设提供了重要的启示。新的历史条件下要提高思想认识,以更加积极的历史主动精神将党风廉政建设向纵深推进;勇于自我革命,夯实党风建设的主体力量;深化标本兼治,一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”的长效机制,汲取党建工作的历史能量,永葆党的生机活力。During theWar of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,various democratic base areas in An-hui Province took a series of effective measures in the fight against corruption and the construction of clean and honest Party and government,achieving significant results and accumulating rich experience in the anti-corruption fight.This is prominently reflected in strengthening ideological education,strengthen-ing ideological defense lines,strengthening institutional guarantees,high-pressure anti-corruption,and so on.In the new era,it is necessary to enhance ideological awareness and promote the construction of clean and honest Party and government in depth with a more positive historical initiative spirit.We must be brave in self revolution and deepen the treatment of both symptoms and root causes to promote a long term mechanism.
