摘　　要：外泌体内富含蛋白质、核酸、脂质及多糖等特异性生物活性分子,这些物质是其生物功能多样性的基础,包括调节免疫、促进肿瘤细胞增殖和迁移及动脉粥样硬化等。外泌体作为细胞间信号传递的载体,在肾脏缺血缺氧损伤的诊治方面受到广泛关注。与传统肾脏损伤标志物相比,外泌体在肾脏损伤初期的诊断方面更具时效性和准确性。同时,外泌体在肾脏损伤中的治疗价值也逐渐被发现。深入研究外泌体在肾脏缺血缺氧损伤中的诊治作用,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。Exosomes are rich in a variety of specific bioactive molecules,such as proteins,nucleic acids,lipids,and polysaccharides,etc.The substances are the basis of their biological function diversity,such as regulating immunity,promoting tumor proliferation and migration,and atherosclerosis.Exosomes,as carriers of signal transmission between cells,have received extensive attention in the diagnosis and treatment of renal ischemic and hypoxic injury.Compared with traditional markers of kidney injury,exosomes are more timely and accurate in the early diagnosis of injury.At the same time,the therapeutic value of exosomes for kidney injury has been gradually discovered.Further studies of the role of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of renal ischemic hypoxic injury can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
