鸡血藤的质量控制现状及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：鸡血藤中含有黄酮类、酚酸类、苯丙素类、蒽醌类、甾醇类及萜类、生物碱类、香豆素类等多种活性成分。现代药理研究表明,鸡血藤具有抗血小板聚集、保护心肌缺血、调节血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、镇静催眠、保肝的药理作用,具有良好的发展前景。概括鸡血藤的质量控制现状,从植物亲缘学、传统药性、传统药效、不同配伍、新的药效用途、化学成分可测性、网络药理学等7个方面对鸡血藤的质量标志物进行预测分析,儿茶素、表儿茶素、甘草素、大豆苷、芒柄花苷、大豆苷元、槲皮素、木犀草素、柚皮素、芦荟大黄素等成分可作为鸡血藤质量标志物的筛选对象,为提升鸡血藤质量标准提供了参考。Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)contains flavonoids,phenolic acids,phenylpropanoids,anthraquinones,sterols,ter⁃penes,alkaloids,coumarins and other active ingredients.Modern pharmacological studies show that Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)has the pharmacological effects of anti-platelet aggregation,myocardial ischemia protection,blood lipid regulation,anti-oxida⁃tion,anti-inflammation,anti-virus,sedation and hypnosis and liver protection,and has a good development prospect.The paper summarized the present situation of quality control of Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis),and based on the concept of quality markers of traditional Chinese medicine,the quality markers of Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)were predicted and analyzed from seven as⁃pects:plant phylogeny,traditional medicinal properties,traditional pharmacological effects,different combinations,new pharmaco⁃logical uses,testability of chemical components,network pharmacology.Catechin,epicatechin,liquiritigenin,daidzin,ononin,daidzein,quercetin,luteolin,naringenin and aloe emodin are used as the quality makers of Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis),in order to provide reference for improving the quality standard of Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis).
