摘 要:为保证大坝安全监测数据的有效性,提高大坝安全监测水平,保障水电站安全运行,本文设计并研制了一种真空激光准直监测系统的精度校核装置,可通过控制器从测点箱外部控制测点箱内的波带片进行直线移动,从而检验系统的测量精度。文中详细介绍了精度校核装置的测量原理、电机选型及结构组成,并将其应用于某水利枢纽大坝工程上进行了现场测试,其测试结果表明该方法可方便可靠的进行真空激光准直系统测量精度的检验,为确保系统测量数据的准确可靠提供了强有力的检验技术支撑。In order to ensure the validity of dam safety monitoring data,improve the level of dam safety monitoring,and assure the safe operation of hydropower stations,the precision checking device of vacuum laser collimation system was designed and developed in this paper,which given the linear displacement of the zone plate through the outside of the measuring box,and checked measurement accuracy of the system.The measurement principle and structure of the precision device were introduced in detail,and it was applied to a dam project of a water conservancy project for field testing.The test results show that the precision device can provide a strong inspection technical support to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system measurement data.
