摘　　要：目的:调查初产妇妊娠期医学常识知识获取情况、途径及影响因素。方法:对2022年1月-2023年1月80例初产妇进行问卷调查,总结妊娠期医学常识知识获取情况、途径,通过Logistic回归分析筛选影响因素。结果:初产妇医学常识知晓平均分(19.39±2.78)分;获取途径主要为互联网、医务人员;多因素Logisitic回归分析显示,年龄、户籍地、文化程度、配偶文化程度、职业、家庭月收入、产检次数、妊娠期并发症是医学常识知识知晓得分的影响因素。结论:初产妇妊娠期医学常识知识不足且影响因素众多,需进一步加强宣教。Objective:To investigate acquisition situation and approaches of gestational medical knowledge in primiparas and their influencing factors.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 80 primiparous women from January 2022 to January 2023 to summarize the acquisition and pathways of medical knowledge during pregnancy.The influencing factors were screened through logistic regression analysis.Result:The average score of medical knowledge awareness among primiparous women was(19.39±2.78)points;The main channels of access are the internet and medical personnel;Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,registered residence,education level,spouse's education level,occupation,family monthly income,number of prenatal examinations,and pregnancy complications were the influencing factors for the score of medical knowledge awareness.Conclusion:The medical knowledge of primiparous women during pregnancy is insufficient and there are many influencing factors,which require further strengthening of education.
