贞芪扶正颗粒在不同疾病治疗中的作用研究进展

摘　　要：贞芪扶正颗粒主要由黄芪和女贞子组成,在临床中主要用于治疗肿瘤性疾病(如肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌等),能够提高患者细胞免疫功能,减轻放化疗不良反应,改善一般状况。黄芪有效活性成分[黄芪总黄酮(TFA)、黄芪甲苷(AS-Ⅳ)、黄芪多糖(APS)等]和女贞子有效活性成分[女贞子多糖(LVFP)、特女贞苷(SPN)、齐墩果酸(OA)等]在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、心血管保护、抗氧化、改善代谢及抗炎镇痛等方面具有一定疗效。近年来,较多研究发现贞芪扶正颗粒可用于其他疾病(如重症肺炎、肺结核、乙型病毒性肝炎、心力衰竭等)的辅助治疗。现将贞芪扶正颗粒在不同疾病治疗中的作用进行综述。Zhenqi Fuzheng granule is mainly composed of astragalus and ligustrum lacidum aiton,which is mainly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic diseases(such as lung cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer,etc.),which can improve the cellular immune function of patients,reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve the general condition.The active ingredients of astragalus(total flavonoids of astragalus[TFA],astragalusⅣ[AS-Ⅳ],astragalus polysaccharide[APS],etc.)and the active ingredients of ligustrum lacidum aiton(ligustrum vicaryi L.fruit polysaccharide[LVFP],specnuezhenide[SPN],oleanolic acid[OA],etc.)have certain effects on immune regulation,anti-tumor,cardiovascular protection,antioxidant,metabolic improvement,anti-inflammatory and analgesic.In recent years,many studies have found that Zhenqi Fuzheng granules can be used in the adjuvant treatment of other diseases(such as severe pneumonia,pulmonary tuberculosis,hepatitis B virus,heart failure,etc.).This article reviews the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules in the treatment of different diseases.
