摘 要:目的研究基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系对创伤失血性休克患者凝血功能及炎性因子的影响。方法应用医学研究随机数字表法,选取我院2020年8月—2023年8月收治的创伤失血性休克患者100例,按照治疗路径不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规救治模式治疗,观察组给予基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系治疗,比较两组凝血功能、炎性因子以及抢救总有效率。结果观察组PT、APTT、TT、FIB指标水平均低于对照组,PLT水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP等炎性因子指标水平以及抢救总有效率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系对创伤失血性休克能明显改善患者的凝血功能,降低炎性因子指标水平,升高抢救有效率。Objective To study the impact of pre hospital emergency operation mode and system based on 5G private network on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods Applying the random number table method of medical research,100 cases of traumatic hemorrhagic shock patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment paths,the control group was given the conventional rescue mode of treatment,and the observation group was given the pre-hospital emergency operation mode and system treatment based on the 5G private network,and the coagulation function,inflammatory factors and total effective rate of rescue.Results The levels of PT,APTT,TT and FIB indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of PLT was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory factor indexes such as TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,CRP,as well as the total effective rate of resuscitation were lower than those in the control group in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Pre-hospital emergency operation mode and system based on 5G private network can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factor indexes,and elevate the effective rate of resuscitation for traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
