冠心病伴心绞痛患者使用硝酸异山梨酯和复方丹参滴丸的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究硝酸异山梨酯联合复方丹参滴丸在冠心病伴心绞痛患者的临床治疗工作中具备的应用价值。方法选择福州市闽清县坂东卫生院中医科自2021年8月至2023年8月收治的100例冠心病伴心绞痛患者作为入选对象,将其随机、盲选划分为对照组50例(单一服用硝酸异山梨酯治疗)与观察组50例(硝酸异山梨酯联合复方丹参滴丸治疗),比较两组临床疗效、心电图疗效、不良反应发生率、心绞痛发作情况、中医症候积分、生活质量评分等数据。结果两组不同方法治疗后,观察组临床疗效、心电图改善总有效率以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,不良反应发生率、中医症候积分低于对照组,心绞痛发作情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论硝酸异山梨酯联合复方丹参滴丸治疗在冠心病伴心绞痛疾病的临床治疗中,不仅有助于提升患者的生活质量,同时也提升了临床治疗安全性,为患者的预后康复奠定良好的物质基础。Objective To explore the application value of isosorbide dinitrate combined with compound Danshen dripping pills in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 100 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Bandong Health Hospital,Minqing County,Fuzhou City,from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the enrolled subjects,and firstly,they were randomly and blindly selected to be divided into 50 cases in the control group(single-administration of isosorbide nitrate treatment)and 50 cases in the observation group(isosorbide nitrate combined with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill treatment).The clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,angina attacks,TCM symptom score,quality of life score and other data of the two groups were compared.Results After the two groups were treated by different methods,the clinical efficacy,total effective rate of electrocardiogram,and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and Chinese medicine symptom score were lower than those of the control group,and the angina pectoris attack was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Isosorbide nitrate combined with compound danshen drip pill in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris not only helps to improve the quality of life of patients,but also improves the safety of clinical treatment,and lays a good material foundation for the prognosis of patients'recovery.
