加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研讨加压锁定钢板(LCP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法纳入我院60例肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象,入院时间2022年2月—2023年11月。依据患者的治疗方案分组,其中对照组(n=30)以传统钢板手术治疗,观察组(n=30)以LCP术式治疗。比较两组手术治疗疗效、手术并发症、手术一般指标、疼痛程度、肩关节功能评分。结果观察组手术总有效率以及术后肩关节功能评分(CM)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术并发症总发生率以及术后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论LCP治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果理想,能够控制并发症风险,缩短康复时间,降低疼痛程度,减少骨折对肩关节功能的影响。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compressive locking steel plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods Sixty patients with proximal humeral fractures in our hospital were included as the study subjects,with admission time from February 2022 to November 2023.According to the treatment plan of the patients,the control group(n=30)was treated with traditional steel plate surgery,while the observation group(n=30)was treated with compression locking steel plate internal fixation.Compare the efficacy of surgical treatment,surgical complications,general surgical indicators,degree of pain,and shoulder joint function scores between two groups.Results The total effective rate of surgery as well as the postoperative shoulder function score(CM)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of surgical complications as well as the visual analog scores(VAS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,3 d,7 d,and 14 d postoperatively(all P<0.05);the observation group had a longer operation time than the control group,less intraoperative bleeding than the control group,a shorter incision length,and a shorter fracture healing time than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of compressive locking steel plate treatment for proximal humeral fractures is ideal,which can control the risk of complications,shorten rehabilitation time,reduce pain level,and reduce the impact of fractures on shoulder joint function.
