摘　　要：目的探究分析血细胞形态学检验在发热疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法时间:2023年7月至2023年12月,对象:发热疾病患者51例以及健康体检人员51名。分组:健康体检人员为对照组,发热疾病患者为观察组,予以两组人员血细胞形态学检验,明确其血细胞形态学相关指标以及血细胞形态异常检出率。结果观察组血细胞形态学相关指标与血细胞形态异常检出率均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对于发热疾病患者来说,落实血细胞形态学检验有着重要的意义,可及时明确病情状态,为治疗提供有效的数据支持。Objective To explore the application effect of blood cell morphology test in the diagnosis of fever disease.Methods Time:July 2023 to December 2023,target:51 patients with fever disease and 51 health examination personnel.Group:The health examination personnel are the control group,and the patients with fever disease are the observation group.The two groups are tested for blood cell morphology,and the detection rate of blood cell morphology and abnormal blood cell morphology is determined.Results The blood cell morphology-related indexes and the detection rate of blood cell morphology abnormalities in the observation group were better than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with fever disease,it is of great significance to implement the blood cell morphological test,which can clarify the status of the disease in time and provide effective data support for treatment.
