基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育联合合理行为替代护理对前列腺电切术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的对前列腺电切术患者开展基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理,探究干预后的效果。方法该研究对象为2021年9月—2023年9月到医院诊治的前列腺电切术患者86例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理+合理行为替代护理,n=43)与研究组(基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理,n=43)。对比两组的尿流动力学指标、前列腺增生症状、自我效能、心理弹性、幸福感、遵医行为及并发症发生情况。结果在最大尿流量、残余尿量及前列腺症状评分方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在自我效能评分、心理弹性评分及幸福感评分方面,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在情绪管理、日常活动、饮水及饮食评分方面,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于罗森塔尔效应的心理健康教育+合理行为替代护理有利于改善前列腺电切术患者的尿流动力学状态和前列腺增生症状评分,提高心理弹性水平和遵医行为,减少并发症的发生。Objective Mental health education+rational behavioral replacement care based on the Rosenthal effect for patients undergoing electrocutaneous prostatectomy to investigate the effects of the intervention.Methods The subjects of this study were 86 patients who went to the hospital for treatment during September 2021 to September 2023.They were randomly divided into control group(routine care+reasonable behavior replacement care,n=43)and research group(rosenthal effect mental health education+reasonable behavior replacement care,n=43).The urodynamic indexes,symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia,self-efficacy,psychological resilience,happiness,compliance behavior and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The study group was superior to the control group in maximum urine flow,residual urine volume and prostate symptom score(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy,resilience and happiness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional management,daily activities,drinking water and diet in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The rosenthal effect of mental health education+reasonable behavior.Substitution nursing is beneficial to improve the urodynamic state and symptoms of prostatic hyperplasia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,improve the level of psychological elasticity and compliance behavior,reduce the occurrence of complications,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
