血管通路小组护理对血液透析患者应对方式、自我管理行为的影响

摘　　要：目的对血液透析患者行血管通路小组护理的可行性、影响进行探讨。方法参与研究的80例血液透析患者为我院于2023年1月—2023年12月所收治,按随机数字表法分成两组,即对照组(给予常规护理,n=40)、观察组(给予血管通路小组护理,n=40)。以负面心理、应对方式、自我管理行为为观察指标评价两组效果。结果各组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分在干预后均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);各组回避、屈服评分在干预后均下降,面对评分均上升,且观察组回避、屈服评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者行血管通路小组护理,可改善患者心理状态以及应对方式,提升患者的自我管理行为。Objective To explore the feasibility and impact of vascular access group nursing for hemodialysis patients.Methods The 80 hemodialysis patients who participated in the study were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group(receiving routine care,n=40)and the observation group(receiving vascular access group care,n=40).Evaluate the effects of the two groups using negative psychology,coping strategies,and self-management behavior as observation indicators.Results Anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores of all groups decreased after the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);avoidance and submission scores of all groups decreased after the intervention,and the face-to-face scores increased,and avoidance and submission scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face-to-face scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the AHSMSRS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vascular access group nursing for hemodialysis patients can improve their psychological state and coping strategies,and enhance their self-management behavior.
