新生儿黄疸护理中运用整体护理干预的效果

摘　　要：目的分析在新生儿黄疸护理中运用整体护理干预的效果。方法选取本院2021年1月—2023年6月收治的131例接受蓝光治疗的黄疸新生儿为研究对象,将患儿以信封法随机分成两组,其中对照组(n=65)行常规护理,观察组(n=66)行整体护理。比较两组患儿的黄疸康复情况、不良事件发生率、满意度。结果观察组黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿呕吐、高热、腹泻等不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对护理的满意度为98.48%,高于对照组的87.69%(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在接受蓝光治疗的黄疸新生儿护理中应用效果令人满意,可缩短患儿病程,并减少不良事件的发生,得到家属的认可。Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice nursing.Methods The 131 cases of jaundiced newborns admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 who received blue light treatment were selected as the study subjects,and the children were randomly divided into two groups by the envelope method,in which the control group(n=65)carried out routine nursing care,and the observation group(n=66)carried out holistic nursing care.Comparing the jaundice recovery,adverse event rate,satisfaction of children in the two groups,the study was conducted.Results The time for jaundice to subside,the time for blue light irradiation,and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence of adverse events,such as vomiting,hyperthermia,and diarrhea among the children of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was 98.48%,which was higher than 87.69%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of holistic nursing care in the care of jaundiced newborns treated with blue light has shown satisfactory results in shortening the duration of the disease and reducing the incidence of adverse events,which has been recognized by the families.
