摘 要:数字化进程的快速推进,对经济学专业人才的培养提出了新要求。加强经济学类数字化人才培育,是新时代建设数字强国、构建高水平人才培养体系的必然要求,具有十分重要的战略价值。文章阐述了数字经济背景下经济学专业人才培养的价值、困境与实践路径,重点探讨了新时代下经济学专业人才培养体系,认为在实际培养中应从教学内容、教学方法和教学体系三个方面入手,促进学科交叉融合,切实提升数字教育质量,重构教育培养范式,精准对接社会发展需求,为数字中国建设培养大批高素质的新时代人才。The rapid advancement of digitization has put forward new requirements for the training of economics professionals.Strengthening the cultivation of digital talents in economics is an inevitable requirement for building a digital power in the new era and constructing a high-level talent training system,which has very important strategic value.This paper expounds the value,dilemma and practice path of talent training for economics majors under the background of digital economy,and focuses on the cultivation system of talent training for economics majors in the new era.It believes that the actual training should start from three aspects:teaching content,teaching method and teaching system,promote interdisciplinary integration,effectively improve the quality of digital education,and reconstruct the paradigm of education training.We will accurately meet the needs of social development and train a large number of high-quality talents for the new era of digital China.
